Kate Barnett
Hi, I’m Kate the founder of K8 Solutions and the Elev8 with K8 services. I’m a systems thinker, real estate all-rounder, proud wife and mum of two.
With over 18 years in real estate, from bookkeeper to director, I’ve walked every part of the agency journey. I’ve grown and managed teams, scaled businesses, purchased and sold rent rolls, and supported others to do the same. Before that, I spent eight years in an accounting firm, giving me a solid grounding in investment, financial systems, and business fundamentals.
I’m at my best when I’m building something, whether it’s a smooth-running workflow, a high-performing team, or a furniture project in the shed. I love blending structure with creativity, bringing clarity to the overwhelmed, and helping agency owners fall back in love with the businesses they’ve built.
I live by the idea that you should Own it. Love it. Enjoy it.
Outside of work, I’m a wife to a wonderful husband and a mum to two beautiful young adults. I’m always up for a challenge and happiest with a coffee or bubbles in one hand, helping others achieve more in their lives.
